Service Description

Breathwork sessions offer a transformative experience that combines intention setting, guided breathwork, curated music, and integration. First I like to book a 20-minute call to determine the theme, intentions, and familiarize the client with the technique. The actual breathwork journey lasts about 1 hour, includes set up, a 45-minute breathwork experience, and a powerful integration period at the end.

I’ve spent the past 35 years working with children, adolescents, and adults, guiding them in regulating their bodies and emotions—using breath as the primary tool to calm both body and mind.

Much of my experience has been in the field of education, supporting students with a wide range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation. I’ve also worked closely with educators and staff, helping them find calm and balance in the midst of challenging environments.

Discovering 9D Breathwork has been a transformative journey for me, and I’m deeply inspired to now share this powerful modality with others. I’m ready to help people feel safe in their bodies, unlock their inner strength, and step into the version of themselves they’ve always known they could be.
