For 6 weeks we will practice, 3 days a week (Mon, Wed and Thursday), you'll engage in powerful 9D Breathwork sessions —one of the most effective tools for managing daily stressors-combined with innovative practices designed to help you. Week 1 We are going to help you slow down the noise of the mind and reattune to the wisdom of your body. Week 2 Stress and anxiety relief. Centred around the themes of calm, centredness, clarity, and serenity Week 3 Ready to release limiting beliefs, rewire old thought patterns, and unlock your deepest potential? Release mental and physical tension, stepping into the person you've always known you could be. Week 4 Let's reset. Unearth deeper significance and direction in life, it extends a chance to rediscover and rekindle connection with your true self. Week 5 Holding onto pain, regret, resentment, or self-doubt? Let's guide you toward deep healing and liberation. Week 6 Let's spark potent personal rebirth, creating space for emotional resilience, inner peace, and restored balance.
